Following years of experience in managing renowned hotels such as the Waldorf=Astoria and the Hilton in New York, the Rademachers longed to have their own charming hotel and to be genuine hosts. They fulfilled their dream in the center of Baden-Baden with a one hundred year old town villa, just steps away from the Kurpark, the thermal baths, the unique casino, the world known Opera- and Festival hall, the convention center and the new Burda Musuem designed by Richard Meier.
Now their son Andreas joined, after years of experience in Paris, Monte-Carlo, Frankfurt, New York and Hong Kong. In the meantime his wife Monja and sister Melissa are part of the team.
